Data & privacy
A plain-English summary of how IntentNexa handles website data. It is not a legal privacy policy — if you need contractual detail for your own compliance review, contact us through your workspace.
What IntentNexa does
IntentNexa analyses traffic on websites you own and have added to your workspace. It records page visits, referrers, campaign parameters and basic device information so it can describe how a company behaved on your site.
How company identification works
Visits are matched to companies using available network and company intelligence, plus patterns IntentNexa has already observed on your own website. Matching happens on the server, and the result is stored with the method that produced it.
Confidence levels
Every identification is labelled high, medium or low confidence. Where the evidence is not strong enough, the visit stays unidentified. IntentNexa does not fill gaps with guesses, and it never claims certainty it cannot support.
Personal information
The tracking script is designed for company-level intelligence, not individual profiling. It does not ask for names, emails or form contents, and you should not pass personal information into it. Network addresses are used only to perform a lookup and are not exposed in the product.
Your data stays yours
Website data, identified companies, notes and insights are scoped to your workspace. Members of other workspaces cannot see them, and access is enforced in the database rather than only in the interface.
AI insights
Insights are generated from a summary of behaviour on your own website — pages, timing and intent factors. They are written as recommendations for your sales team, and they are always accompanied by the evidence they were based on.
