B2B revenue intelligence

B2B website visitor intelligence for the pipeline that leaves anonymously

Most of your pipeline visits your website and never fills in a form. IntentNexa turns that traffic into a ranked list of companies worth contacting — with the evidence, the intent score and a recommended next step attached to each one.

What IntentNexa does

IntentNexa is a B2B revenue intelligence platform for teams whose buyers research quietly. One line of tracking code records how your website is actually used, and the platform then works out which organisations are behind that activity where the evidence supports it, scores how strong their interest looks, and orders the result so your team starts with the accounts that matter today. It is built for sales and marketing teams with a considered buying cycle — agencies, SaaS, professional services and manufacturing among them — where a handful of serious researchers are hidden inside a much larger traffic log.

The problem it solves is simple to state and hard to fix: the majority of people evaluating you never identify themselves. Forms capture the end of the buying process, not the middle. Everything before that point is invisible unless something reconstructs it from the evidence you already hold.

How IntentNexa works

Six steps, all automatic once your tracking snippet is live.

  1. Step 1

    Visitor

    Someone lands on your website.

  2. Step 2

    Company identification

We match the visit to a company where the evidence supports it.

  3. Step 3

    Behaviour

Pages viewed, repeat visits, time on key pages.

  4. Step 4

    Intent score

A single ranked score built from that behaviour.

  5. Step 5

    AI insight

Why this account matters right now.

  6. Step 6

    Sales action

Your team contacts the right company first.

What you get

Identify companies visiting your website

Anonymous sessions become named companies whenever the evidence is strong enough — with the confidence level always shown.

Understand what they are interested in

See the pages each company viewed, how often they returned, and which content pulled them back.

Prioritise companies showing buying intent

Behaviour is scored consistently so your team works the shortlist instead of the whole traffic log.

Get context and a recommended action

Each insight explains why now, what the evidence is, and a suggested next step your rep can use.

How company identification works

IntentNexa prioritises the strongest available evidence first. Signals you own — such as a business email domain passed from your own form or a campaign link tied to one named account — and matches against your known accounts carry more weight than general network information. Once a legitimate account relationship has been established, first-party memory can strengthen it over time. Optional external enrichment can provide additional evidence when configured. If the evidence does not support a company, the visit stays unresolved.

Every company record shows which of those methods produced it, so nothing arrives without a traceable reason. Read the full explanation of company-level visitor identification.

Know which target accounts are showing interest

Add the companies you already sell to and sell against as known accounts, by hand or by CSV, with any alias domains they use. Flag the ones that are targets. When a visit matches a known account domain or configured account signal, IntentNexa can recognise it immediately, and your team sees account activity rather than an anonymous session.

Understand intent, not just page views

Behaviour is scored consistently: which pages were read, how often the account came back, how recent the activity is, and whether interest is rising or cooling. Volume alone does not win the top of the list — a focused return visit to a high-value page can carry more weight than a longer session with weaker buying signals.

First-party intelligence

First-party signals are the evidence you collected yourself — your own visitors, your own campaigns, your own forms, your own confirmations. IntentNexa does not claim to know what a visitor did elsewhere on the internet. Its intent signals are based on behaviour and evidence observed through your own website and configured first-party sources. When your team confirms a company match, that confirmation is stored and used to recognise the same account more readily next time; when they mark one incorrect, the same weak evidence stops naming that company. A paid enrichment provider is optional, not a prerequisite. More on building intent data from your own website.

How this differs from traditional analytics

Traditional website analytics

Counts sessions, pages and conversions. It tells you that traffic happened and which content performed. The organisation behind each visit stays anonymous, and the unit of measurement is the pageview.

Website visitor intelligence

Works at account level. The unit is the company: which organisations came back, what they read, how their interest is trending, and which of them are worth a call this week.

The two sit alongside each other. Analytics stays the right tool for measuring content and campaigns; IntentNexa exists to answer a different question — who should we contact next, and why.

Who it is for

B2B sales and marketing teams with a considered buying cycle: agencies, SaaS, professional services, manufacturing and anyone whose buyers research quietly before they ever fill in a form. If most of your website traffic never converts, IntentNexa tells you who was there.

What we will not claim

  • Not every visit can be identified. Traffic from home broadband, mobile networks and privacy tools usually cannot be attributed to a company, and we say so instead of guessing.
  • Every identification carries a confidence level. Low-confidence matches are labelled, never presented as fact.
  • Insights are generated from the behaviour we actually recorded — no invented companies, no sample data mixed into your workspace.

Confidence and provenance are shown everywhere a company appears, because a sales team can only act sensibly on a match if they know how it was reached. Why some visits can never be attributed to a company.

Getting started

Create a workspace, add your website, and paste one line of tracking code — the setup wizard checks the installation for you and confirms when the first visit arrives. From there your team works the ranked list: open an account, read what it viewed and when, check the evidence behind the match, and take the recommended next step. The free plan needs no card.
